I didn’t eat at the hotel, but the TV was the only thing that didn’t work.

The place was close to the venue, but everything was a mess: the orange juice machine was broken, the coffee tasted gross, there was no breakfast or water, the facilities were dirty, spider webs hung in the hallway, the bathtub was filthy, and I didn’t feel safe showering.

There was nothing good about it. The property was listed as “Pet Friendly,” yet we arrived with two cats, had booked an upgraded room, and were told “no cats” at check‑in, forcing us to cancel. The front desk told us to submit a “free cancellation request” explaining the cat issue to get a refund, so we did, but two weeks later the hotel is still waiting for us to submit it and we still see a charge on our card. I want my money back!
