“It was not bad engough to ask for a refund but it alo”
The neighbors in the room next door stayed up all night and made noise that woke our son twice; we didn’t get a good night’s sleep and were grumpy all day Saturday, short‑changed with each other. We tried to go to bed early Saturday but they came in and out of the room until 10 pm. I was charged a very high rate for what I felt was a mid‑priced room, and I was also charged $25.00 at check‑in.
Breakfast was fine… standard eggs and sausage, a good selection of cereal, rolls, and bagels, plus juice, coffee, etc.
“Stuited our purposes”
The spot was great and the staff were friendly, plus there’s a Safeway right next door. Being on the river added to the appeal, and the floor plan put us in one of the biggest rooms. The mattress, however, needed a new one because it had very deep wells, and the A/C unit in our room was LOUD; we told the desk and they promised to fix it.
