The spot is close to the city center and there are a few parking spots nearby. Inside the room there's no trash bin or mini fridge, so it's more suited for a 2–3 night stay. The cleaning is decent but not outstanding.

Getting there by car was easy and the free private parking is spacious. Walking to the city center and many restaurants takes only a short time. The shower was good and comfortable, the common area is tastefully decorated and clean. There's a large shared fridge and freezer that worked perfectly; although it’s shared with all residents, we had considerate neighbors and it wasn’t a problem. The room was cleaned and towels were changed every two days, which I didn’t see mentioned before booking, but it was more than enough for me. The room lacked a full-length mirror, there’s no elevator and the stairs are uncomfortable. Communication with the host was only remote, which isn’t terrible but something to keep in mind.

Everything was very good and clean. I had no trouble even though I booked late and arrived late; everything went smoothly, including parking, which was available at such a late hour. I highly recommend it.

The room had two beds and one bathroom. If you just need a place to sleep for one night it works. The location is very close to the center, the decor is interesting, and the closed parking we needed was available. Check‑in was easy. The room didn’t have a fridge, so during summer you can’t keep cold drinks or milk. A table would have been nice, and the small bed was a bit uncomfortable.
