Killarney Plaza Hotel & Spa

The hotel was fabulous and I enjoyed my stay, but some staff were not efficient enough; people had to wait 5 and 10 minutes to be served in the bar, and one man was completely ignored and had to ask a girl walking around to place an order. I found the manager brilliant inside the bar and he couldn't do enough for everyone. Well done.

“An easy hotel to stay, but they need to up their game to achieve the perceived standard.”

The location was good in the centre of Killarney and the hotel was very busy; they told us that they moved our room due to late festivities, but I could still hear the music. The car park was tricky to negotiate and park, breakfast was tired, and we were put off by a very noisy Wedding Reception that was advised to finish at 1 or 2 in the morning.
