The hotel was really pretty and had everything Wan needed; the front desk and restaurant staff were wonderful and helpful, and the rooms were spacious and quiet—definitely a place I’d return to.

The staff were very friendly, the location was ideal—great place not far from City centre or Donegal if you wanted a base to stay, and it was definitely great value for money.

“Comfortable room. Too big a hotel for our tastes, staff unable to attend to people's needs.”

The room was lovely—spacious, well‑furnished with comfortable chairs and a table, and the beds were also comfortable. The hotel is very large, and the music playing in the open spaces with people talking over it made the public areas not at all relaxing and impaired the dining experience as too noisy. The food was not great, and the large open area by the foyer where pianists and singers performed most of the time made it hard to sit in, disturbing dinner.
