Satisfied; everything is very good, nothing to improve.

Nothing except the location; service is very poor, most of the time the reception staff are not available, so I have to come down and search for people to order food, drinks, etc.; the TV wasn’t working, I reported it but it was never attended.

There’s nothing to praise here. It’s really a marriage venue, not a hotel, and there’s no reception area. Towels are missing, there’s no tea‑making facility, and the intercom doesn’t work.

The place doesn’t serve food; it feels more like a banquet hall with a few rooms. The front desk asked for my Aadhar card and I never got it back; when I called to have it mailed, they said no. I’m not happy with that attitude.
