My husband and I skipped breakfast, but the receptionist, concierge, and cleaners were all friendly and helpful. The AC was too cold, making sleep hard, and the bathroom lacked a shower curtain, so the floor was slippery.

Check‑in and check‑out were smooth, yet we never received towels and had to call up several times to get them; on top of that, the shower didn’t work at all.
