The view from this hotel is amazing! It’s a hike up the road, but worth it. You just have to plan your day to minimize the trips back to the room. We did 2 or 3 a day.

The apartment is very well equipped and offers everything needed for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The location is especially beautiful. The upper apartments also provide a magnificent view over Levanto, the sea and the lovely surroundings—a dreamy place to unwind and enjoy. The reception ladies, especially Fay, were particularly helpful and warm, taking care of our concerns with exceptional dedication. Our apartment “Alba” was well equipped and generally comfortable. However, it is on the ground floor and has only small windows, so there is hardly any view and it feels like a basement. The view also looks straight onto the street, making the location a bit less quiet and idyllic than the upper apartments. For two people the apartment is suitable, but for more we found it somewhat cramped. Because the property is on the mountain, one should expect to walk some distance. Especially for a longer stay and when self‑catering, the routes to the hotel or to the center can be a bit tiring. Overall, a very well equipped property in a nice location – but when choosing an apartment, we would opt for one of the upper ones with a view.

“Lovely location, nice family owned hotel.”

The suite sits on the very top floor and there are many, many stairs to reach it. It would have helped if the staff had set proper expectations. Hot water did not work properly. I did not like the small bed; there was no king or double bed even though there was plenty of room.
