“Discreto”
The room is fine, yet the setting is a bit noisy. Even though it’s on a one‑way side street, street noise leaks in if you leave the windows open. The breakfast is mediocre, with packaged items and a croissant that’s pre‑placed on the table from the night before.
“Posizione strategica. Struttura accogliente e cittadina a misura di famiglia.”
We spent three nights in August 2026 as a family of three, including an 11‑year‑old. The property is welcoming, and the owner is kind and cheerful. The spot is ideal because the town is close to the highway exit, making it easy to reach the theme and water parks we visited (Oltremare 2.0, Aquafan, Italia in miniatura), and we loved walking to nearby evening venues like restaurants, osterias, gelaterias, and bars. The room was clean, spacious, had air conditioning, a mini‑fridge, and a terrace. A unique touch is the color‑coded table‑room system for breakfast—ours was the pink room. Breakfast ran from 5 am to 10 am, which is great for early risers. Parking is available inside the compound and on the street. The area is quiet, with a post office, bank, newsstand, stationery shop, and playground within walking distance, and a supermarket and gas station a few minutes by car. The breakfast was standard; I’d suggest adding fresh fruit, more savory options, and a few extra artisan sweets (like a doughnut or tart) beyond the single croissant per guest.
“Good place for a few nights.”
A solid spot for a couple of nights, but the shower lives in a cramped cabin that makes it hard to get going.
We stayed here for Caparezza’s concert and felt very comfortable. The location is convenient for driving to Cattolica, yet the area itself is very quiet. The room is cozy, the price reasonable, and the owner is genuinely friendly and helpful—a great choice for a relaxed, low‑key stay. The only drawback was the breakfast, which was rather basic and a bit sparse.
