Weird to keep hold of laundry until you have paid. inability to charge anything to your room. Not what I expected at an international hotel

The room was great. I had a club room which was awesome. The staff went well and truly beyond. The location is very close to the train station and Ding Ding.

The first arrival, I love the hotel lobby ambiance. The service is great. Our hotel room is comfortable, quite spacious for HK standard, has a bathtub and a great view of HK. We can even watch the National Day Fireworks from the 42nd floor of our hotel. Breakfast is great on the 41st floor with many choices. Overall I love my stay here.

The location is good and the breakfast is brilliant. It’s not too far from the underground. I found a drink bottle that didn’t belong to me in my room after I returned, and cash was missing from my bag, so it looks like someone came to my room. I reported it to the hotel, but I didn’t hear anything back.
