Great location for hiking, clean room, good and tasty salad that was also visually appealing, and friendly service. The beds were uncomfortable and too soft, the pillows had plastic filling so you couldn’t sleep well; the sülze with remoulade from a tube cost 17,00 € for a house guest, normally 21 or 22 €—that’s unacceptable. The sauna price after hiking is 10 € per person per day, which is fine, but I expected the visit to be included in the room rate for house guests. The 5 € for a bathrobe and 20 € deposit is okay, but I also expected bathrobes to be included and ready in the room or suite.

“Super sauber und prima Lage!”

Cleanliness stood out, especially the fact that it wasn’t scented, which we liked; the location couldn’t be better; everyone was very friendly and helpful. The bed was a built‑in wardrobe and hard, but we would still have liked to stay another week.

The direct route and natural setting kept us far from everyday life; after a long hike the pool was fantastic, and the breakfast buffet was always well stocked and replenished. The staff worked hard. In the evening the restaurant offered tasty food and a wide selection. The room was above the breakfast area, so you could hear exactly when it was 7 am, and unfortunately you could hear the chairs moving loudly.

“Es war ein sehr schöner Kurzurlaub für uns und sehr ruhig und entspannt”

The location was great, the peace was perfect, the staff were friendly, and the food was huge and tasty. Paying cash for borrowed bathrobes was too expensive and the sauna hours were too short.

“Gut und preiswert mit leichten Defiziten”

Quiet setting, large suite with good equipment, free parking. The pool area has a backlog of repairs (rusty radiators and recliners) and partly poor ventilation, no towels available in the pool area, and the bathroom in the booked suite was okay but dated with a very small shower.
