The hotel sits in a historic building, nicely decorated with good facilities. Its location is great, close to Mirador Cerro de La Cruz, from where you get a lovely city view. The staff are very attentive and helpful. The kitchen stands out, combining variety and quality. Everything is very tasty. However, the hotel has no parking. The bathroom is small and lacks space for personal items. The shower had a cracked glass and water leakage due to poor waterproofing, and the ongoing construction really spoiled the experience. The entrance was dirty, noisy, and we couldn’t access the apartment balcony because workers were right in front of it.

The location is unbeatable, the view is incredible, the staff were very polite and well dressed, the rooms were beautiful, the restaurant is exceptional, and the owner was present and very concerned about everything… one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to, especially considering how much my family and I travel around the world. They were renovating, but I understand that’s the only way to grow and improve.

The staff were super helpful and friendly, which made the whole stay feel welcoming. The hotel itself is lovely, with comfy beds and nice décor that really sets the mood. Breakfast was amazing, and the on‑site restaurant is a hit with both locals and tourists.

Usually this place is great, but right now they're doing a big renovation that really threw a wrench into our stay. The construction noise and changes made things a bit rough, but I'm sure it'll look amazing once it's done.
