The place scores high on location, design, and amenities, and there were no issues at all.

The location is good, but there was no water in the room and no water at the reception to make coffee.

The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, and she personally drove me to and from Fiumicino airport; a one‑night stay was restful and I’ll return. The downside is that the area is far from tourist spots, and without a car you’re distant from most attractions; there is a beach nearby, but I only visited in winter and plan to try it in summer.

We enjoyed a wonderfully relaxing stay; the entire village is walkable, and with a little searching you’ll find amazing hidden restaurants; the accommodation itself was beautiful, well‑decorated, and very private.
