There was a major privacy issue: staff opened the door twice without knocking, which is a traumatic experience for a soft‑hearted person, and I will never book here again; this hotel needs to be reported.

The bed was uncomfortable and the manager was so rude that he didn’t know how to talk to guests, while the room was small and the bathroom smelled awful 🤮.
