La chambre était très spacieuse et moderne alliant subtilement marbre et bois Je n’aurais probablement pas fait ce choix si j’avais su qu’il n’y avait personne pour nous accueillir. J’ai pourtant insisté pour avoir de l’aide, mais non

La propreté. L’accueil (0 personnel croisé), leur check-in en ligne qui n’a pas bien fonctionné, leur numéro d’appel d’urgence qui n’a pas décroché, les différents numéros de téléphones des différentes personnes du personnel personne n’a décroché. L’hôtel est bien mais alors quand on a un souci il n’y a personne. Et nous avons fait le check-in a 19h, pas en plein milieu de la nuit, heureusement sinon on aurait dormi dans la voiture

The rooms were cozy and clean, but the location was not ideal.

Parking was fine, the TV and coffee machine worked, the linens were good, and the room and bathroom were spacious. However, maintenance was poor, shelves were missing, many walls were empty and non‑functional, and there were kitchen smells from the restaurant.
