The host was super friendly and even welcomed us after the official check‑in hours; the room was clean and nice, and that’s a good thing. The air conditioning was a big help in the heat and the beds were comfortable.
“Si vous n'avez pas le choix”
It’s the only hotel in town, but it’s really overpriced for the comfort it offers—it’s worth only half the price. There’s no drinking water fountain.
The family running the place was wonderful, always quick to respond and full of local knowledge; the rates were reasonable and there was a small shop on site. Their location made it easy to explore the upper east side of Bohol Island, and a market in town was nearby. The food park offered a nice variety of options.
