“Worse place to stay very uncomfortable”

The rooms have a cigarette smell even though they’re labeled non‑smoking, the beds feel uncomfortable, and they don’t supply fresh towels or toilet paper—you have to fetch those from the office.

We all stayed together as a family, the location was fine, and when we asked for new towels and soap they were provided promptly; however, socks were left under the bed, chairs and curtains had stains, the pool was unusable for guests even though a maintenance worker was present, and the lobby staff couldn’t explain why guests were barred from using it.
