Bonjour, we were told there was a hotel or apartment at this place (CHARIFA), but that turned out to be a lie. They are scammers. We paid, yet we couldn't find a place to sleep. We ask for a refund, especially since we cancelled the booking. Thank you for your understanding. Cordialement

It was close to a very famous square. Everything was a scam in every way. The hotel was a lie and I don't recommend it at all, especially to people who are afraid of small spaces. Supposedly it had beautiful photos, but the reality was a nightmare; my dad almost had a heart attack because of where it was located. Then the receptionist didn't know any English or Spanish, only French, and was an elderly person who couldn't move well and struggled to open the door. He also had to ask permission to shower and would yell if he didn't like the idea. Anyway… 1000 stories for what they charged me was horrible because I booked a hotel outside the medina and then visited when I wanted.

The place is in a good spot, close to the parking, cozy, safe, and the staff were very helpful and friendly :)
