“AGRADABLE ESTANCIA EN CARCASSONNE”

This apartment is in an old building accessed by stairs. Eugene welcomed me, helped carry my luggage, and explained how everything works. It has all the essentials for a stay – kitchen, fridge, TV. The room is comfortable, and the building is 200 m from Carcassonne square. It’s also close to where the bus drops me off and to the train station, so everything is easily walkable. I always weigh quality‑price when rating a place, and in this case it was very good. I have nothing to complain about.

“Location, value, comfort”

A lovely old flat with high ceilings, a large bright bedroom, and a small balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped and the sofa is comfortable. Hot water is good. It’s only 10 minutes from the station in the town centre – perfect location. Eugene, the owner, meets you to show how everything works and is a really nice man.

“Carcassonne is beautiful”

It’s centrally located and close to the bus station. The apartment seriously needs a makeover, it’s quite outdated even though the price reflects that. The bedding and towels need replacing. We were asked to wear obviously already‑used slippers on arrival for hygiene reasons, which was a bit laughable. The host was informative and friendly, and the apartment could be fantastic with some effort and money put into it.

The location is central and convenient for walking to all the points of interest, and the value for money is good, but there is no air conditioning.
