The Grand Theatre is a minute's walk away, and Leeds Plaza shopping centre is a 10-minute walk. Traditional rooms feature flat-screen TVs, satellite channels, and work desks, situated above a lively city centre pub near the ring road and motorway.

The bathroom fixtures weren’t working, the room had no heater so I was shivering, the washbasins had drainage problems, the toilet seat and bed were bad, and overall the room was in a poor state.

The spot was solid, the staff friendly, check‑in smooth, and the bar offered a nice discount. The bed felt good. The shower, however, didn’t drain at all—standing in dirty water that overflowed onto the floor was a nightmare for a girl washing her hair, and there was no one around to complain to.

The staff were incredibly helpful and the room was spotless; the bed was brilliant and the bar great too. The proximity to Leeds O2 Arena was a huge plus. Nothing negative.
