The staff were very friendly, and the kitchen offered a refined menu for lunch and dinner. Being in the notable city of Karlstadt was an experience in itself. Very nice.

Central location in the old town, with nearby resident parking (the hotel can provide a permit) and loading/unloading directly at the building. The house feels cozy, the room is well equipped and comfortable, and the dinner at the hotel restaurant was delicious.

The location and the food were excellent, and the staff were very friendly. The room Br.1 was very small and the bathroom extremely tiny, but everything was very clean.

“Pension in altem Fachwerkhaus mit besonderem Flair”

We had a pleasant stay in this old timber‑frame house and would recommend it. The central location right in the pedestrian zone was an added bonus. Breakfast was an experience in the beautifully designed vaulted cellar: a wide selection of fresh and tasty dishes that start the day perfectly. Our room and bathroom were functional. The owner welcomed us warmly and directed us to the garage (with an electric outlet) for our e‑bikes, so the bikes were safely and dryly stored. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant and friendly.
