“A peaceful stay in a beautiful setting with kind staff and an exceptional location”

Loved our 4‑night stay in Ea between Bilbao and San Sebastián. Super friendly staff (even with language barriers), easy parking, peaceful vibes, and gorgeous surroundings. Spotlessly clean rooms and an unbeatable location for stunning Laga Beach — honestly exceptional. Stocked up on groceries at Mercadona in Gernika and had everything we needed. A perfect little base for exploring the Basque coast. While the setting was beautiful, several aspects of our downstairs apartment room setup were disappointing. The heavy wooden furniture looked impressive but offered little practical function for guests, and the sofa was uncomfortable. The bed mattresses were thin and overly soft, which affected sleep quality. Bathroom privacy was also a concern due to the window design. The ceiling fans didn’t provide enough cooling, leaving the room uncomfortably warm at night; we were given a room fan which helped a little. A more functional layout — such as an L‑shaped sofa, a mini dishwasher, and a fuller set of kitchen utensils — would significantly improve comfort and usability

“Entorno increíble y alojamiento muy completo”

The surroundings are spectacular!!! Maximum tranquility, pure nature, and the facilities and house are incredible. The heated pool, plenty of toys for different ages, laundry machine… everything was very good, honestly. The beds in our accommodation were very uncomfortable, springy or similar :( and the pillows were the same. The air conditioner couldn't be turned on because the water was falling like a waterfall, and it wasn't fixed during our stay. But they did offer us fans.

I loved the location with its view of nature and beautiful landscape, and there was nothing I didn't like.

“Trop cher”

The place was well situated, but the studio felt dark, the terrace was unusable because of too much vegetation, and it was overpriced at over 300 euros a day for mediocre services (no dishwasher, broken washing machine, no iron…).

“Heerlijke plek”

The kitchen was spacious, the barbecue great, the beds wonderful, the rooms very roomy, the view lovely, the terrace and grass area outside the door nice, and the small pool was a treat; nearby there were a few gorgeous beaches and good restaurants. We could hear the upstairs neighbors walking, but that was a minor detail. We definitely recommend it.
