The ambience was good.
The service and food were excellent, especially the staff, but the room’s AC didn’t work well and the furniture was uncomfortable.
Everything was bad; it’s not worth it at all and I would never recommend it.
The price was shockingly high for a basic setup, and the reception even used asbestos. Breakfast was awful, and the 16k rate claimed a premium experience. Food had to be ordered by 6.30 pm, with the kitchen shutting down at 9 pm, and an hour‑late check‑in was forbidden despite the steep price. The staff felt like robots, and the whole customer experience was very basic.

Small, beautiful property if you stayed at the deluxe suites. The staff at the reception were very kind and helpful. We first booked the double deluxe room (meant for 2guests) and then upgraded to the deluxe suite (meant for 4 guests) on the second night- because the double deluxe has absolutely no view and we felt like we were sitting in a box. So much communication difficulty with the support staff. 50/50 on the food. Because we had both good and bad dishes. The pool area is right beside the reception:( And that was not good
