The location and facilities were adequate, but the arrival was a bit chaotic: two days before we arrived, they switched us to a different hotel that we had booked months earlier, offering either a new hotel or a refund, which wasn’t possible because we didn’t have enough time to find a suitable replacement. The first night, the room we got had two sofa‑beds and a small one for children, which was also problematic. After that everything worked correctly and the staff were very friendly.

The owners were friendly, the location was great, and the room was lovely with a fantastic view of Istanbul.

The host was very kind, attentive, and always ready to help; communication was easy and I felt genuinely welcome throughout my stay. His warm and caring attitude made the experience much more pleasant. Thank you for the hospitality!

The staff were professional and very kind, and the bed was amazing and very comfortable. Some nights there was a bit of street noise, and the kitchen’s glass/cup and pan/stove were not in the best shape.
