When we arrived we found ourselves on the street; the owner told us that his place wasn’t for rent and that he no longer worked with Booking, so where did our money go? We tried to reach you in vain… the number was always unavailable… the police had to relocate us… and we still haven’t been refunded.

The location and garden are fine, but I was scammed: I booked a comfortable double room and ended up in a tiny, uncomfortable room without gas, Wi‑Fi, and I had to share a bed with someone else even though I paid for a double. Many bookings for the same room shouldn’t happen. The owner put us in a dirty room with no kitchen utensils. The neighbour supplied a gas canister, a lighter, and some of his own utensils. The house owner claims he has no visibility over the rental of his house because a third party scammed him on Booking and sent him tenants.
