“The facility is chaos and not quite what you see advertised. Don't waste your time.”

The staff had no time to properly check you in or out because they were busy running the restaurant; you were told to simply leave your key on a public counter when you left. What if someone re‑enters the room and causes damage? The toilet runs constantly, and the facility looks like a low‑class disaster from the outside in. You must climb steep stairs to enter the rooms, and there are no elevators—why isn’t this told to guests? I am a 100 % disabled veteran.

We found good value for our overnight stop on the way to southern Germany; the attached restaurant was very good, and I would recommend the fillet steak. While there is a coffee machine in reception, it was constantly descaling when we tried to use it. A drinks‑making facility in the room would have been helpful.

The accommodation was clean, modern, and well‑maintained; the location was ideal for us. We brought dogs and could walk them straight across the street into the forest. The staff were very nice and friendly, and the food at the restaurant was delicious.

“Het was een prima kamer en de service was ook goed”

The place is easy to get to, the room is tidy, and the arrival hall offers tea and coffee, but the freight train rattles by at night.

“Als tussenstop prima”

We were just passing through, so it was only a one‑night stay. Breakfast is served elsewhere, which was clear when booking. The area within about 8 km is fine for things to do. The bedroom and shower are adequate. The people are nice.
