The Well Sleep Hotel in Almaty is located a 15-minute walk from Zhibek Joly Metro Station and a 5-minute drive from the city centre. The worst hotel ever. I don't recommend it at all. In short, don't book.

A calm, quiet spot, especially since it's almost in the center. The service was very pleasant. Breakfast was served at the table, but you can still eat there; the espresso coffee is an extra charge.

The room was very cozy and the beds were super comfortable. Air conditioning was available. The location was especially good.

The hotel is excellent for a reasonable price. You can find higher‑end options, but they’ll cost more. So if you need the essentials—clean linens, a good mattress, air conditioning, toiletries, slippers and a bathrobe, plus a minimal breakfast and a hot shower—this is the place for you. The beds are comfortable, the location is convenient, and the staff are pleasant.

The location is fine. The place smelled strongly of sewage, the towels were torn, and the bathrobe on the hanger was dirty and unwashed.
