“Exceptional”
Where do I begin! First, I want to thank Charitha and his family for everything that made my stay at Kian’s Place unforgettable. Honestly, 10 stars isn’t enough. What I liked most was the exceptional customer service, the cleanliness of the property and rooms, the kitchen fully equipped for cooking, the close proximity to good restaurants, bars, grocery shops, the local beach (Polhena), bikes (provided for guests), and the kindness of the owner family who really cared for us. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet, unlike the parties in Mirissa, and I walked several times at night from one of the local favourite “Doctor’s House” on the weekend. Honestly, you can’t go wrong staying at Kian’s Place. Again, Charita and his wife, and not forgetting lovely Kian and his cousin whose smiles made my day every day. No negatives.
