“Precio alto, servicio pésimo, muy buena ubicación”

The place is well‑located, but the price was steep and the facilities were in bad shape; the bathroom never had water even after we told the staff. The hotel looks nothing like the pictures. The only friendly person was Adrián, who always greeted us with a smile, was very helpful, and resolved every request we had.

“No fue lo esperado”

I enjoyed the food, which was delicious, and the hotel staff respected my reservation, giving me my room as soon as I arrived. However, the room itself was in a sorry state, with visible deterioration and dirt, no hot water, and generally neglected facilities.

My stay was a mixed experience. The staff had a great attitude, which was a definite plus. However, the facilities were dirty, the room was unclean, and there were issues with the water supply - the shower and toilet didn't have water, and the sheets were heavily stained.

“mala”

I was really put off by the state of the bathroom - it was disgusting and seemed to be falling apart. The overall condition of the bathroom and the rest of the room was poor, giving the impression that the place was not well maintained.
