The room smelled awful, and we realized after five minutes that we had made a terrible mistake booking there. The place turned out to be nothing like we expected; even after the staff fixed the room’s odor, the overall vibe was terrible, and the entire property felt faded, dated, and horrible.

This cozy homestay has several cabins and sits far enough from the city to be peaceful, yet close enough to hop back and forth around the island. The staff are genuinely kind and friendly, always eager to help you arrange boat tours, taxis, buses, rentals, and a ferry to the mainland, and they even dropped me off by motorbike when I needed to go somewhere nearby. The food, coffee, and room were all nice, offering a good view, a comfortable bed and bathroom, and a small fridge.

The location is quiet and the staff are kind.

The location is incredible in nature, yet the city is reachable in a short motorbike ride. The structure is clean and welcoming, and the staff are always available and kind. Motorbike rentals are available.
