I didn't eat the breakfast. The place shows its age and needs new carpets.

The location was just fine, but the door was hard to open.

The location is great, and the shower, living area, and kitchen were solid. The property feels dated, the mattress is lumpy and worn, the carpeting is dirty, and the lighting is poor.

The living and kitchen area combined was good. I never received breakfast; notes said they would be back, but I couldn't wait for them to show up.
