The service was pleasant, parking was free, and the price‑to‑value ratio was good. The air‑conditioning units were old and very noisy, making it impossible to sleep with them on at night. The doors could not be locked from the inside. We stayed in a basement unit that only had roof windows, which could not be secured. The roof has photovoltaic panels that heat up the basement, so the AC units are problematic; at least those units should be replaced with quiet, wind‑free models that can run at night. There are pigeons under the panels.

The hotel looks old but has been renovated; the rooms are large, come with a few snacks and free water, are clean, have a spacious, well‑furnished bathroom, a private parking lot, and the staff are very friendly. It exceeded my expectations. The only drawback is that the price is somewhat high.
