Very clean and stylish, with a private onsen. The junior suite even had a beer tab :). The food was very delicious as well. It was somewhat pricey.

The view was good, the staff were friendly, and the food was tasty. I just wished there had been a mini‑table on the balcony.

The quality of the room was fantastic, and the private onsen at the back of the room with the fantastic view was the highlight – a real luxury stay. The staff were all incredibly hospitable and helpful, and spoke good English, which we didn’t necessarily expect from other hotels we’ve stayed at. The communal areas were very well presented, making the stay feel luxurious and relaxing. The food, both dinner and breakfast, was brilliant, with very generous portions and high quality. The only suggestion I have is to notify the dinner menu at check‑in or before the meal starts so guests can mention allergies in advance; this wasn’t a problem for us as we simply turned down the oyster course before it arrived, and there was plenty of food even without that course.
