The staff member Miguel was outstanding from the moment we arrived, always ready to greet us and attend to any request. The house feels very cozy, with lovely décor and a lot of charm. The small pool was perfect for cooling off during the hot days. Its location is fantastic, right in the heart of one of Cartagena’s liveliest neighbourhoods, and we felt very safe at all times. The room is comfortable, functional, and quiet despite being in a busy party area. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen and free water throughout our stay. The woman in the common areas was also very friendly and attentive, making us feel at home. Overall, a great experience that we’d definitely repeat. On the downside, we were told we’d have to pay an extra cleaning fee on top of the initially quoted price from Booking, yet during our four nights no cleaning was performed in the room. Some staff, apparently involved in renovations, were not very pleasant to guests, but the rest of the service I highlighted made up for that.

It sits right in the centre, so everything was close by. Inside, the interior is very well designed with character, and a key point was that it was quiet enough to sleep well. The host was very helpful, offered good advice, and speaks good English.

The location is exceptional. We’re in the heart of Getsemani yet still quiet. It’s a small oasis of serenity amid the street’s frenzy. The patio is very pleasant and the open facilities for guests (pool, kitchen, etc.) are top. Not to forget the owner and staff who are very attentive!
