The staff were pretty rude and did not honour my request by phone, which was very irritating. The staff issue remains.

“Like going back in time 30/40 years when we played outside all day and felt safe”

The cabin was very modern with high‑quality furniture. The complex reminded me of my childhood, a safe space to run around, play in the lake, swim, play sport, etc. The place feels very friendly, so many things for kids to do and be outside all day. I honestly couldn’t fault it.

“A lovely relaxing place to spend a few days .”

The location is wonderful and the facilities are great. The cabin had everything needed for a fabulous stay. Unfortunately we couldn’t use the hot tub because it didn’t heat to the required temperature. The staff were very helpful and came quickly to try to fix it, but we still didn’t get to use it.

I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel's picturesque surroundings and top-notch amenities. The beautiful setting and excellent facilities made my stay truly unforgettable. Although I didn't encounter any issues during my visit, I'm confident that the hotel's staff would have been more than happy to assist with any concerns. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

“Lovely relaxing stay”

I was blown away by the hotel's stunning appearance and exceptional cleanliness. The presence of Netflix on the TV was a lovely touch, and the food hamper provided upon arrival was a wonderful gesture. However, I did notice an issue with bugs entering the cabin, which I understood was due to the hotel's location. Despite this minor drawback, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel to others.
