Room service was the worst, and the rooms are too bad for staying.
The hotel sits in a nice area, but there's no restaurant close by and none inside the property.
I'm still trying to process how a night that started off so promising ended in a nightmare. The hotel's location is actually really convenient, but the noise level is a major issue. We were woken up at 2:30 a.m. by someone knocking on our door, and when we asked the staff at the front desk for help, they seemed clueless about what was going on. Needless to say, we were pretty shaken up by the whole experience and left feeling very dissatisfied.

I was pleasantly surprised by this no-frills hotel, which was spotlessly clean and had a welcoming atmosphere. The manager, Mr. Pratap, was a gem – friendly, kind, and always willing to lend a helping hand. The rest of the staff were equally helpful and made my stay a breeze. While they could do with a bit more attention to the little things, like providing tissues and other basic toiletries, I'd still highly recommend this place for its excellent value and warm service.
