“While the staff was pleasant I won't be staying here again.”

The hotel seemed to be a renamed old property. The first thing that caught my eye were the carpets—both in the hallways and elevators were dirty and stained. The food menu was quite limited, so I chose to go elsewhere for breakfast.

“I’ll never stay at a courtyard again”

The location was fine. We had to be switched at night because the ceiling was leaking. The other room was dirty, smelled musty, smaller, the light fixtures were broken, and the bed felt old and uncomfortable. We were told the night would be comped, but it never happened.

I appreciated how close it was to the mall, and even though it was nearer the highway, there was no noise. The only thing I wish for is a slightly warmer pool.
