The location, the paid self‑service laundry, and the convenience store inside the hotel were good. The rooms were never cleaned during our 4‑day stay; they only came in to throw out trash and change towels. The beds were never made. Three of us were given only one shower towel, so we had to ask for two more. They refused, saying that in Korea only one large towel is provided per room, whereas other hotels always supply towels for everyone. In the end, after some insistence, we managed to get two more.
The room was comfortable and fairly spacious. The location is quiet and close to bus stops. On the ground floor next to the reception there’s a room with paid washing machines and dryers and a convenience store.
Breakfast was tasty and good. The shower pressure was too low, which was inconvenient, and the parking space was inconvenient.

Comoda la posizione vicino al centro di Seogwipo. Ok se non si vuole stare proprio a Jeju city (a 1 ora in macchina da Seogwipo). La camera aveva i mobili rovinati, ho trovato polvere un po' ovunque e ci hanno dato giusto un paio di asciugamani in due. Il personale non particolarmente cortese e la colazione non è nella struttura ma nel palazzo di fronte (colazione totalmente coreana.non ci hanno portato neanche il caffè)
