“Médiocre”

The pool in the residence. We arrived to a dirty room, the cleaning had not been done, the photos on booking didn’t match reality. There was mold in the showers, black stains on the walls, the ACs didn’t work. The toilet seat was broken, the upper bathroom door didn’t open, the house was infested with ants!

“Very good size villa, great for large group. Needs a few changes to villa a perfect stay.”

Very spacious villa, plenty of beds, great size kitchen, washer machine, sun room. Smell of sewage in the mornings. Shower water was slow to drain in all bathrooms. Lack of pool side bed, 4 available. One was broken, so only had use of 3. No poolside chairs. We had to take turns to use beds. We were a party of 5. Poor wasn’t cleaned once whilst there. Hated the smell of the use cannabis by the people using villa 159c. No bed loungers available at property. Sofa needs renewing, lots of stains. No toilet roll available on late arrival. No water available on late arrival

Loved the whole facility. Was just what we required. Needs to be an introduction letter with WIFI password . Didn't find it til last day. no real problem. We were a couple of towels short but managed. 4 big guys needed more toilet paper.😁
