Shagufta Hotel Murree

I booked a one-night stay at this hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, I found that there was no proper staff available, and the facilities were far from what was advertised. The room service was non-existent, and there was no hot water facility available, despite the cold weather. The owner's behavior was unprofessional and uncooperative, and the security system was lacking. The location was also not as appealing as shown on the website.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The view was stunning, but unfortunately, the restaurant was closed during my stay, which meant I had to venture out to find food.

“Ummmm, 🤔 i just wanna say Don't Book it”

My stay at this hotel was largely disappointing, except for the exceptionally kind and helpful staff. However, the rooms were in a terrible state, appearing not to have been cleaned in a while, and the meal quality was subpar, especially considering the high prices.

I was thoroughly unimpressed with my stay, finding the service to be utterly lacking and the entire building to reek of paint. To add to the disappointment, both my room and bathroom were not clean.

“Very good service”

The only redeeming quality of my stay was the warm hospitality I received. Unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect, as I didn't notice anything else noteworthy.
