The room was clean, nice, and spacious with a lovely balcony. The internet was good and the location very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast restaurant was a highlight, with a beautiful outdoor rooftop setting. Overall, a very pleasant stay. The only downside was that there was no hot water; probably because the weather was hot, so we had a cold shower.

The cheapest place in PEM, it gets the job done: arrive, shower, eat, sleep, and leave. There’s no elevator, no hot water, no shower curtains so the whole bathroom gets soaked. It’s next to a road, so you feel the noise. The night I stayed, a neighbor on the side turned the music up to full volume until 6:30 am and I didn’t sleep at all.

Good air conditioning, good furnishings (but only a cold shower), very straightforward check‑in and check‑out. We had problems with the bed linen, but a staff member dealt with the issue immediately in the late evening.

The staff are very kind and friendly. He helped me switch to a quieter room, brought me a blanket, and even let me check in before 11 am. In general, it’s such a nice place! Nothing to complain about.
