“Bel posto, gestione inesistente”

The apartment was bright, spacious, and newly renovated, with an excellent location in a fairly quiet area. Communication with the manager was non‑existent; we had no hot water for a whole day, wrote to the manager and never got a reply. We had to leave a day early, sent a message to inform, and again received no response. I had also notified in advance about dietary needs for breakfast, got a generic reply, and the affiliated bars had nothing suitable.

The location was superb, the room was comfortable, and there was a shared space for the other rooms; all furniture came from IKEA, and everything was clean and tidy.

The large room faced a street with several shops, the breakfast was tasty (served at a nearby café), the bed was cozy, the services were well equipped, and it was easy to access. Everything was even better than I had expected.

The location was great next to the metro and funicular, easy access to everything, a market opposite and a beautiful neighborhood! The room was pretty and comfortable. The air conditioner didn’t work, it was noisy all night, we woke up with it off and the building had no power on the day we left, the elevator stopped because of a power outage and nobody warned us or had any staff to help with the luggage down the stairs. In fact, we never saw any staff during our stay. I felt a bit more attention was needed.

We really loved our stay at Casa Vera. The location was excellent, and you could immediately sense that every detail had been carefully considered—from the lighting and ventilation to the overall comfort and organization of the space. We never actually met the staff in person, but we constantly felt their attention and care. Everything was clearly explained and well organized, giving us a real sense of comfort and security throughout. The cleanliness was simply perfect; everything was spotless. A very comfortable, thoughtfully designed and welcoming place. We would happily stay here again. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the hot and humid weather in Naples—though that wasn’t a problem once we were inside Casa Vera, thanks to the very comfortable indoor climate. So honestly, there was nothing we disliked about the accommodation. Everything was excellent, and we especially appreciated the care, attention and attitude of the staff.
