“Not the best service”

I asked for a VAT invoice but never got a reply, and the phone number listed on the profile is either dead or disconnected. It’s frustrating when you need that paperwork and can’t reach anyone.

“Buena”

The place itself was nice – the bed was super comfy and the shared kitchen and breakfast area were clean, plus the metro stop was just a couple of hundred metres away. Unfortunately the Wi‑Fi never showed up despite promises to fix it, and everything from check‑in to check‑out had to be handled over the phone. It’s also a bit out of the city centre and away from the train station.

The apartment was comfortable and perfectly placed near both the metro and tram lines, making getting around easy. The only drawback was a one‑time sewage smell coming from the bathroom, which cleared up quickly after we aired the place. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

“Can't recommend”

The new building was tidy and surprisingly bright for a basement room, with two big glass doors opening onto a little courtyard, and the bed was simple yet comfortable. Getting in required juggling three different codes, one of which was stuck on a door handle, and the spot is close to the subway and within walking distance of the centre.

The flat was spot‑on for getting to St Luc – just a short walk to the metro – and it was spotless, with a well‑stocked kitchen even though we didn’t need it, plus towels and shower gel provided. The host was quick to answer any questions, which made the stay smooth. The only thing missing was a stronger Wi‑Fi signal, but otherwise there was nothing to complain about.
