“It was worst experience of my life and waste of money”

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel due to the unfriendly and uncooperative staff, which made my stay quite unpleasant. Unfortunately, their behavior didn't contribute to a welcoming atmosphere, and I left with a negative impression. The staff's attitude was a major letdown, and it's something that needs to be improved for future guests.

The location is close to Kuta beach and fast‑food outlets. The hotel looks dilapidated, is not clean and poorly maintained, the car parking is dirty, dark, and smells bad.

“Malo”

The staff were fine. The facilities are old and dirty, the sheets were dirty, the bathroom had mold, the walls in the room were dirty, and it seems a remodel is needed.

“Good value for money, recommend”

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's value for money, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. However, I did notice a lingering smell in the bathroom that was a bit off-putting. Despite this, the room itself was comfortable and made up for the minor issue. Overall, it was a decent stay.
