The location was great, but there was difficulty with communication before the visit.

The spot was gorgeous, but the décor felt oddly eclectic and the room had too much clutter, though the housekeeper was lovely.

The staff were attentive; we hit a few snags at the start, but they handled everything with care and warmth, making it feel like staying at a family home.

Location was ideal. The river views and garden terrace quite unique for a West London B&B stay. The housekeeper went above and beyond to make the stay so easy and enjoyable, from the room and arrangements to the breakfast. A real family home environment. Also spent an enjoyable evening chatting with the proprietor's son who made me feel very welcome. I will be back and my first choice when visiting family in Chiswick
