“DECEPCIONANTE”

The air conditioning and TV were good, but when I arrived there was no front desk and I didn't know what code to use to enter because the check‑in didn't specify it. In theory you need to enter a code for the room, yet the room I was given had no knob, just a key hanging. The cleaning was subpar, with little cockroaches. There was a lot of noise from other guests, probably running down the hallways and stairs, dropping things, and slamming doors… FATAL EVERYTHING

Nothing like what the name suggests; it was literally a swamp with cockroaches and other little animals. The price was outrageous, as you had to pay for someone to let you stay there for a night in absolute filth and insects.

Nothing good. The towels were dirty and they didn't provide bedding.

Cleanliness and comfort were fine, but there was noise at night from the air‑conditioning motor.

“Inquietante”

The location was fine, but I had to send several messages to get the access passwords, both via WhatsApp and the website, and then call. When I thought the correct keys had been sent, I arrived and had to wait for someone—apparently an employee who was half‑asleep at 2:00 am—to let me in. He stayed next to me, watching to see if the room password worked, which felt very uncomfortable, unprofessional, and unsettling, just to confirm we could access the room before retreating to his quarters. All of this because of a terrible “checking” app, and the person who handled the phone call and sent the keys also made mistakes…
