Extended Stay America Suites - Pleasant Hill - Buskirk Ave

The location was great for BART and my family, and everything else was fine.

“DON’T STAY HERE”

The place is horrible, not clean, with roaches and mold.

“I felt safe and the staff made feel at”

The staff were so kind and considerate, but there was obvious water damage in the bathroom.

“I’d never stay at this location again for the cost”

The staffer at the desk just looked at me when I entered and approached the front desk; I had to start the conversation as a guest. The room’s carpeting was filthy, and the free breakfast needs an upgrade from packaged high‑sugar foods. I liked that there was food close by.

“It was fair for the price compared to other hotels in the area.”

Close to stores and food, yet the room smelled musty, the AC unit was loud and made a clanking noise.
