“go for the Cenotes but I wouldn't recommend staying here longer then a few nights”

We chose this spot because of the nearby Cenotes and the desire to spend time in the jungle. However, there were no locks on the doors, and alcohol was prohibited on the property—something we didn't see in the booking details, which caused an awkward exchange. We also couldn't keep food cold, and there was no coffee or tea. The staff were friendly, but overall the stay felt uneasy.

“Rocio the check person was great. The massage lady is great! The shaman was interesting. He said no alcohol on the prem”

The jungle and Cenotes are amazing, and the car ride to town is short enough. The only downside was the lack of a refrigerator to store food.

“The security guard would not open the gate to let us in and out due to a dispute between Carlos and the community”

The property is very clean and the location is great. Unfortunately, the rooms lack fans, air conditioning, and a fridge.
