Echo Sails Motel

The location is fine, but the A/C situation left something to be desired.

Its proximity to the beach, pier 60, and shopping is fantastic, yet the rooms could have been cleaner—blinds and shelves had dust and debris.

“Great value. Would return.”

It offered great value and was a solid deal; a 10‑minute walk to the pier is easy, though the sheets looked a little suspect, everything else was clean and acceptable.

“Great location 5mins walk to beach!”

The location is excellent, just a 5‑minute walk to the beach, with plenty of nearby restaurants and friendly, welcoming staff that made the area feel safe; overall a pleasant and convenient stay. The pool seemed unclean—improving filtration or ensuring the pump runs could help—and the bedrooms lacked air conditioning, making them less comfortable in warm weather.

“Very well located, good staff but needs updating”

I was convinced that the beach was the highlight, but the building itself felt old.
