The hotel sits close to Kee Gardens station and the gardens themselves, and the Sunday meal was great.

“Très pratique et calme, un lit extra mais équipement devient désuet”

The bed was very comfortable, and the Victoria Gate of Kew Gardens is immediately nearby, a magnificent botanical garden spanning hectares; the pub’s atmosphere is highly appreciated by locals, and buses and the metro are close by. The rain shower, like the taps, swings every 5‑7 seconds between a heavy stream and a light drip, shifting from hot to lukewarm, as if the pressure pump is faulty; the pub’s boat‑shaped curtains hang crookedly on string ends and need fixing, but the vibe remains cozy and nice.

breakfast - surprised no cereal/yoghurt option. room - position of shelving dangerous on negotiating from bed to bathroom. as we went to Kew Botanical Gardens location perfect and walking distance from rail station
